Top 3 Most Expensive Motorcycles in the World

Not all motorcycles are dirt cheap Chinese cruisers with the performance of a three wheel bicycle.

The top 3 most expensive motorcycles in world are anything but dirt cheap. If you want one of those, you better start saving now. Every single one of them cost more than $100,000.

MV Agusta F4 1100 CC

The cheapest one in the top 3 is the MV Agusta F4 1100 CC. Lots of power, 315 km/h (195 mph) topspeed and a great design for just $135,000.

MTT Turbine Superbike

Second is the MTT Turbine Superbike. $185,000 will give you one of these. It comes with a Rolls-Royce turbine engine that was designed to lift a helicopter. The engine gives you 300+ hp to play with and a topspeed of 365 km/h (227 mph).

According to Guinness Word Records, the MTT Turbine Superbike is the most powerful production motorcycle ever. It is even more powerful than the Ducati Desmosedici RR, which I believed was the fastest production motorcycle in the world.

Still, I’m not sure if I will consider it a normal motorcycle or not. It is the only motorcycle I have ever seen with a turbine engine.

Dodge Tomahawk

The most expensive motorcycle in the world is the Dodge Tomahawk. Production was limited to just ten models and they retailed at $550,000 each! The Dodge Tomahawk has the honor of being the fastest motorcycle ever (675 km/h, 419 mph), but it isn’t street legal :(

imo the MV is defiantly the best out of the lot, the MTT literally sounds like a helicopter and personally would be embarrassed to ride it. As for the dodge…. just lol….. apart from being the ugliest things i have ever seen, i doubt it would even be able to take a bend…. just dumb…

I think you are mistaken the dodge Tomahawk was never put in production there is only one and its owned by dodge and the top speed figures are estimated and has never been achieved

Evan: The Tomahawk turns very well thanks to the way the suspension keeps the pairs of wheels on the ground at the same. Its also completely necessary to have all 4 wheels, or it wouldn’t stay on the road.

Steve: you are actually mistaken, the tomahawk was a very limited production. Jay Leno has one in his garage, visit his website to see it. You are correct about the top speed figures, they are estimated. When the bike was tested, it got up to around 300mph and wasn’t completely opened up.
More recently Dodge has talked about putting it into limited production (several hundred) that are more suited for street driving, road legal, and more affordable.

the wheels are independent. They have a scissor effect when riding (Tomahawk). It’s more like a specialized axle and their for is not a motorcycle also it cant go 419, you have to be on the bike to make claims like that and with no wind shield that would be just stupid.

I think the Tomohawk can be considered a motorcycle, dispite it’s 4 wheels. Which are neccesary for the extra weight (1500 lbs and two drive chains). Also, of course it has a scissor suspension to keep all 4 wheels on the ground in turns. My oppinion is that it may be called a motorcycle because both sets of 2 wheels are close together, looking more like motorcycle. I think it looks good for what it really is,,, MEAN !!!
