Several super cars from the 1960s are approaching the 300 km/h (186 mph) barrier, but none of them can break through the barrier.

In the 1960s, the V12 engine seems to be the weapon of choice for super cars. More than half of the super cars in the 1960s top 10 have a V12 engine.
