That’s not exclusive when you compare it with the number of car models with a V16 or V18 engine.</p>
<p>There only exist around ten different car models with a V16 or V18 engine. For some reason, all of them are from either the 1930s or modern day.</p>
<p>All V16 and V18 cars are of course super exclusive. They have extraordinary performance &#8211; and an extraordinary price (if they can be brought, quite a few of them seems to be prototypes that were never meant for production).</p>
<p>Here is a list of the few, exclusive car models with a V16 or V18 engine (or W16/W18 engine):</p>
