How to Get Great Car Leasing Deals
If you’re trying to look for great car leasing deals, you won’t have to look too far. However, you do have to learn how to look smart. Of course, you want to find a deal that would benefit you the most and would give you an opportunity to save as much money as possible on the car that you want.
Here are five tips to help you great car leasing deals.
First, always ask about the warranty clause for your lease. You should know exactly how long the warranty would be, when it will start and when it will end. You should also know exactly what the warranty will cover. If you find that the warranty does not meet your minimum requirements, look around for another deal or try to negotiate with the dealer.
Second, lease the car only for as long as the duration of the warranty. If you lease longer than the warranty, you won’t be taking advantage fully of the warranty that you are paying for.
Third, check if the dealership would require you to pay a return fee when you bring back the leased car. Some dealerships have this clause which goes unnoticed until the time that you’re actually returning the car. If this is included in the contract, try to negotiate with the dealer or look around for other dealerships.
Fourth, remember that you probably won’t need all of the plans and programs being offered to you by the lease dealer. If you’re not leasing the car for an extended period of time, you may not need to get such costly add-ons such as paint protection and tire protection. Remember that the add-ons increase the total amount that you will be paying.
Fifth, before leasing a car, look around for the dealership that gives the best offer. Tell each dealership that you are comparing them against each other. Their reaction will usually be to up the competition and give you a discount or free add-ons just to get your business.
Getting great car leasing deals can be easy if you only exert enough effort and spend a lot of time evaluating your options before you sign the contract.
